Burst Fabric Popup Display

The Burst is a pop-up system with a fabric graphic attached to the frame, using Velcro. It is available as either a flat wall or curved display. The Burst graphic is a Kaleidoscope Select or Colossus dye sublimation fabric graphic. When the unit is set up, the graphic unfolds with the frame and stretches to form a completely smooth image across the entire display. The Burst can be purchased with or without end panels. End panels are simply a wider graphic wrapped around the ends of the pop-up frame.

The Burst is available in three fabric options:

Gaming Suede – lightly napped material similar to felt, with fantastic wrinkle-resistance
and opacity
Poly Knit – smooth surface with excellent wrinkle resistance and opacity.
Brilliance – Heavy knit material with deep color saturation,wrinkle resist and great opacity. The Burst system comes with a nylon-carrying bag. Adjustable feet are included on each unit. The Burst can be purchased without a graphic.

Kaleidoscope Select dye sublimation print on Gaming Suede, Poly Knit or Brilliance fabric.

Kaleidoscope Select is our premier dye sublimation printing process which features a rich vibrant color spectrum and excellent image quality. Kaleidoscope Select Burst graphics are seamless on frames where one of the dimensions is less that 70”. For all other frames there is a seam.

Colossus dye sublimation print on Gaming Suede, Poly Knit or Brilliance fabric: Colossus prints also feature brilliant 4 and 8 color options. Better differentiation. 4 color provides good grand format image quality with seamless graphic up to 120” X 510”. 8 color provides seamless graphics up to 120” X 250” with upgraded superior grand format image quality. Colossus Burst graphics are seamless.

Q. How quickly can I get my complete SYNC pop-up system display?

A. When do you need it? Yep, that soon. Optima Graphics offers turnaround per request and since your graphics and SYNC pop-up order will be shipped from the same location everything is included and packed to go! Saving you time and eliminating frustration. Plus, provide us with at least 24 hours production time and we will guarantee the graphics.

Q. Optima has always guaranteed its graphics, will my SYNC pop-up be guaranteed?

A. Yes, your SYNC pop-up frame and magnetic graphic mounting system is guaranteed for life. If it fails, under any circumstances, all part of our unconditional warranty! No argument. It will be repaired or replaced period. We even cover standard return shipping. It’s that simple. What’s more, your Lambda HDL mural graphics hold a lifetime guarantee against delamination. A wicked combo, no?

Q. How will my Designers know the SYNC dimensions and specifications

A. All specifications, graphic templates and CAD files are available online above. The sizes for the SYNC pop up graphics are standard industry specs your Designers will be familiar with.

Q. I already have a display, actually two, each from two different manufacturers. Can I get graphics for these existing frames?

A. Absolutely, Optima Graphics can produce graphics for every pop-up available. We have hardware and specs for every system. If the sizes for your existing pop-up are exactly the same as SYNC sizing you will even receive SYNC replacement graphic pricing.

Q. Is the Optima SYNC pop-up stable?

A. Optima’s SYNC pop-up is as strong or stronger than any pop-up frame available. Crossbracing is provided throughout the entire frame. Every hub sports an all steel connection for superior, unmatched strength. Q. My current pop-up is on its third set of magnetic connection bars. The magnets keep peeling off leaving me with damaged useless graphic mounts. How do the SYNC channel bars differ from other systems?

A. Optima’s proud to introduce the next generation of channel bars with recessed magnets for long life. Only available on the SYNC system! Other systems apply the magnets to the surface of struts. Applying to the surface leaves your magnets vulnerable to damage during shipping and normal use. Our magnets are mounted inside the recessed grooves of the channel bars protecting them during set-up and shipping.

Q. What frames styles are available?

A. Curved frames, 4×3, 4×3(x2)serpentine or gullwing configurations, 3×3 and 2×2 table top. Don’t see what you are looking for? Please let us know!

Q. What style lights are available?

A. Two light styles are available, a 150 watt and 200 watt. The clip of the light slides securely into the channel bars.

Q. Is there a case?

Q. Why do individual graphic mural panels for other systems cost me more?

A. It’s simple. Optima still supports all manufacturer’s frames. Nothing has changed including price. However, when ordering both graphics and pop-up from Optima you receive a significant savings! Q. What style graphics can I expect on my SYNC pop-up?

A. There is no foam in the lid, but the lights will fit comfortably inside the case itself

A. You bet we will

Q. Will a gull wing or serpentine fit into a single case?

A. TBD, but I would recommend against this from a weight standpoint

Q. What color will the lights be?

A. The lights are black…though not to be confused with black lights
