Print-On-It Graphics

The print-on-it process gives you the ability to print on sintra, outdoor banner material, positionable vinyl to name a few of the substrate options. This process uses the technology of UV direct printing to different substrates. With the print-on-it process of printing graphics straight to substrates your imagination is your only limitation. Print on black, white and clear substrates.

Dye sublimation

Involves using specific sublimation inks that once heat activated under pressure will penetrate and transfer the image to the fabric. The sublimation process is permanent because it dyes the fibers of the fabric. Dye sublimation fabric banners can be washed, steamed and ironed.

Outdoor Vinyl Banners:

Manufactured by applying first surface premium computer cut vinyl on a heavy weight 13 oz. vinyl banner.  All out-door banners are hemmed on edges with grommets per your specifications. Pole pockets can be added. If the banner is greater than 58” wide, a heat pressed seam will be required.

Rollable Lexan Graphics:

Traditional graphics combine first or second surface vinyl on Lexan®. Graphics are manufactured from computer cut vinyl images and letters are applied to Lexan® and backed with vinyl. Traditional Vinyl Signage on Lexan® rolls up for portability and can be finished with velcro backing for placement on fabric pop-ups.

Lambda Graphics

Lambda photo prints are the highest quality graphics available.  A Lambda print is produced by digital laser exposure of photographic film. The result is a beautiful photo image with brilliant colors, superb skintones, crisp text and an amazingly sharply defined image.

Film Options

Bright – Long-lasting flexible, resin coated, paper-based print.
Duraflex – high quality, flexible, plastic based print.
Duratrans – Flexible plastic based print material used for backlit images.
Metallic – Flexible, resin coated, paper-based print which adds a pearlescent look to the graphic image.

The Outpost is a heavy duty outdoor double sided display.

The Wall fabric graphic system is specially designed for large, dye sublimation graphics. The structure is constructed to adjust from 48” to 144” wide and 36” to 144” high.

Custom “Wall” units can be created greater than 144” in width.

The Wall has an adjustable, heavy-duty, lightweight, aluminum alloy constructed frame with simple twist-together assembly.  Strong horizontal and vertical extension poles ensure extra stability.

Choose the best graphic for your customer from our two dye sublimation graphic options.

The Wall can also be purchased with a compartmentalized soft carrying bag or hard case with wheels.

Streetags are temporary stickers/decals designed to adhere to asphalt, sidewalks, concrete and other outdoor surfaces. Use StreeTag on vertical surfaces also like concrete columns. StreeTags are printed on a special material that easily adheres to most types of outdoor surfaces – horizontal and vertical alike.
