A Banner Event

Professionally designed booths are not your only choice for making a splash in the exhibition hall, especially at smaller shows.  Two creative alternatives to combine with a draped table (usually included in your trade show registration):

Banner stands.  Many exhibit companies sell these inexpensive displays, which consist your graphics, banner stands are a practical, professional-looking option, especially for new exhibitors.  They are typically about 7′ tall and 3′-4′ wide and cost only a few hundred dollars.

Banners.  For a few hundred dollars, you can create a vinyl banner featuring your company name, logo, and slogan to hang in or above your exhibit space.  Companies that specialize in digital printing, as well as those that print postcards and brochures, can create these for you if you supply the digital files.  Be sure to check with show management about rules for hanging banners.  Not all venues permit tacks or mails in their walls.  If this is the case, consider adding velcro to the back of your banner or metal rivets along the top so you can hang it with cord.
