Our Bronze Website Development package is designed for current WordPress & Blogger website operators who need help with a custom theme, better search engine performance, cleaner organization and upgrading to the latest version of WordPress.

How Our Process Works

We backup your current WordPress website and install it on a development server where we can work on your new theme without interrupting your current website operations.  For blogger, we work on the design via eMail until it is time to go live with the new design.

We build you a custom WordPress or Blogger theme based on your design criteria and together we work on the development server to make everything look just right.

Once you are happy with the new design, we copy the new theme files to your live server and make any necessary changes to activate.

If your WordPress is not currently using an SEO plug-in, then we will add All In One SEO and teach you how to configure it to improve search engine performance.

If your WordPress website does not have Google Analytics, we will install and setup to track website performance.

Training on using WordPress to grow your business

The Steps & Timeline

Step 1:

Complete form on this page, remit full payment and create an administrator account for us on your current WordPress website.  For Blogger customers, we will need your blogger account name and password once the design is complete.

Step 2:

We back up your current WordPress website and install it on a development server where we will make the design and organization changes.  If your version of WordPress is 2.8.5 or earlier, then we will export your current data and import into a fresh installation on the development server.

We update your WordPress to the latest version of WordPress and begin the design process.

We install all the necessary plug-ins and configure Google Analytics, Google XML Sitemap, etc. (WordPress customers only)

For blogger customers, we send you JPGs of the design for your review.

Step 3:

Once you approve the design, we replace your current website with the updated site from the development web server.

Lastly we schedule a training session to teach you how to use the new theme and new features of WordPress.

Estimated project time is two to three weeks.

Training is usually completed in one web conference or one-on-one session.

2. We do a compatibility check prior to upgrading.
3. If updating current theme, we match existing theme as close as possible.  We can incorporate new changes as well.
